Your privacy is important to us. All Sin&Lace orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging without explicit branding or product details on the outside. Inside, your items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping

Yes, Sin&Lace ships worldwide. However, due to logistical or regulatory restrictions, some regions may not be eligible for delivery. If you are unsure, please contact us at support@sinandlace.com to confirm shipping availability for your location.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Netherlands/Belgium/United Kingdom:5-9 business days
- United States/Canada/European Union/Rest of the World:7-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistics delays. If any delays occur, we will keep you informed.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.

Our products ship directly from our various manufacturing facilities in Asia. While we strive for accurate stock availability, some items may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you immediately to discuss alternative solutions.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product prices or shipping costs. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

PLACING AN ORDER

During checkout, enter your coupon code in the “Gift card or discount code”* field and click “Apply” to redeem your discount.

If your coupon code isn't working, please ensure:
- The code is entered correctly, including capitalization and numbers.
- The promotion hasn’t expired.
- The items in your cart meet the promotion's terms and conditions.

If issues persist, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

You can request changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying item sizes and colors, within 24 hours of placing it. To request modifications, please contact us promptly.

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to initiate a return upon receipt.

ORDER STATUS

Yes, we will send you email updates confirming your order's receipt, shipment, and any other relevant information.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


At Sin&Lace, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items unless they are defective:
- Underwear (panties, briefs, thongs)
- Bodysuits and hosiery (or if packaging or seals are removed)
- Intimate toys, accessories, or personal-use products (if packaging has been opened or seal broken)

To initiate a return, please:
1. Contact us at support@sinandlace.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
3. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [support@sinandlace.com] with detailed photos. We will ensure a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where Sin&Lace made an error (defective or incorrect items).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for lost returns.
