Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied for return or refunded at a partial rate depending on condition. We appreciate your care in preserving the condition of each item during your return delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns for the following unless they are received in a defective condition:

  • Underwear (panties, briefs, thongs)
  • Bodysuits and hosiery (if the hygiene seal or packaging is broken)
  • Intimate toys and personal-use items (once opened or packaging seal broken)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support Team at support@sinandlace.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs if the product is defective or damaged

Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions including our return address and steps to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refund Process

Once your returned items are received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Refunds are always processed with care to ensure transparency and traceability for your original purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures quicker service and item availability, especially during high-demand periods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@sinandlace.com with photos and a short description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including delivery fees — at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of return. Proper delivery handling ensures your return is received safely and in good condition.

International Returns

If you’re returning from outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid extra customs charges. Any unpaid customs will be deducted from your refund.

Your Rights Under EU Law

This policy respects your rights under Dutch and EU law, including your right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. More info: European Consumer Centre Netherlands. However, certain items are excluded due to health and hygiene reasons.
